Panorama Mediclinic going downhill

The once prestige hospital has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. Friendly and helpful staff for the most part, which really goes a long way.

However the food on the renal diet is **********. Little to no variety. Same flavourless vegetables every single day (I cook for myself on a renal diet and food can be renal friendly AND flavoured!). Instructions (hot/cold milk, white/brown bread etc) is often not followed and it regularly happens that some foods/drinks never make it to your room.

The worst however is being mixed up with another patient. In one day they both sent me for dialysis instead of someone who shares my surname (only) from a DIFFERENT WARD (fortunately the tech realised the mistake and sent me back) AND they tried to draw blood from me instead of that same person.

To add insult to injury, the bed doesn't work properly, the chair in my room is broken and the headpiece of the bed that sits against the wall was hanging loose for two weeks before they fixed that.

I am very disappointed
