Panorama Medi Clinic terrible service and no remorse

Monday evening my mom who is 80 and suffers with congestive heart failure was taken to Panorama Medi Clinic as she wasn't feeling well, she sat in a wheelchair for 2 hours and no one saw her no triage either.

Other people came in after us were seen to we eventually left and took my mom home even though she wasn't well.

These private hospitals are quick to ask for money but fail to do there job and it's pathetic how they let tje elderly sit and wait when they are truly sick.
