overcharged

I consulted with Doctor Robert Barrow in May ,was diagnosed with patellafemoral disorder ,then the Doctor prescribed a knee bruise which I had to get from the biokenic clinic,was given an incorrect knee bruise (Mueller) product which costs me R1200,00. then after two weeks, I encountered problems with my knee,went to consult again ,then the doctor discovered that I was given the wrong bruise, he called the biokenic clinic, to ask them to give me the correct bruise, what he has prescribed, then, went back to the clinic to get the correct bruise (Dyna Track,patella stalilizer) which costs R700.00. When I asked if I have to pay whereas they gave me an incorrect bruise,they said yes I have to pay. I then laid a complaint with Nadira Behari a patient experience officer,who took all my details,promised to forward it with the hospital manager,then with biokenic clinic.Went back after 6 weeks as I had not received any feedback,she promised to take it up with the hospital manager,till today,i have not received any feedback &amp
