Nurses treating a chronic patient badly!!! Need hospital to follow the hospital process plz!!!!!!

My aunt is admitted in panorama mediclinic in Cape town fighting breast cancer!! Thursday evening 2 sisters(nurses) who were on shift said terrible things in her presence about how smelly she is and the other one said she vomits and dont eat for days after washing her wound! I mean a professional nurse!!! My aunts health progress got really affected and she cried when we visited her..the matter was reported to the hospital manager and we havent had anything from them till now!!!!
