nurse's bad attitude

<p>my mother is currently admitted at the mediclinic heart hospital in Pretoria, last night she complained about feeling cold and the rude nurese in her ward gave her attitude and paid no attention to her, so she told my uncle my uncle then called the hospital manager and nothing was done, but instead the rude nurses then ignored her flat after that and no one is paying any attention to her except for the new nurse in the ward, she has breast cancer and has a heart problem she is 61 this year, I am very disappointed at the bad service given to my mother come to think of the amount of money we paying for better healthcare and this is what we get in return. </p>
