Nuisance noise

As you enter the main reception there are boards saying that this is a silent hospital and that helps patients recover speedily when its quiet. At Ward E there is nuisance noise from the staff members, they are shouting and giggling to a point that you wake up from your bed and close the door. There is also this nurse her surname is Khumalo also in Ward E, she has a bad attitude towards patients, I overheard her complaining that she is tired of these patients buzzing the ringer all the time someone must go attend them.

We are paying expensive costs to hear such horrible comments from your staff. If they are tired and uninterested, they must leave and I'm sure there hundreds of graduates out therelonging for this opportunity. Maybe they will do better.
