Not fully happy about the service at Mediclinic

I was admitted on the 23 of December 2019 to give birth. The service from staff was so good, nurse and all professional sista gave me the best service.

I was hoping to see my baby on their website as they promised. I saw one baby of a lady who gave birth on the 25 on their website and I gave birth on 24 but my baby’s picture is not uploaded on their website. I am asking myself why? and I also wished to see my baby there.I checked everyday and his not there.
