Non hygiene facility and practices

I’m not happy with your Muelmed Hospital on Pretorius road. I feel the facilities aren’t clean. Whenever I come in I need to clean around the patient. What’s more unpleasant when they check the vitals they don’t sanitize the arm patch of the BP. It’s taken from one patient to another. I’ve managed to tell the admitted patient that I visit, to Sanitize themself and the arm pouch that they put in to check the Bp. What worse as well is that the staff aren’t using full PPE. They just wearing the uniform and a surgical mask. Thank
