No summons received - No proof of delivery of summ

I saw by accident on a credit bureau report that Medi-clinic has filed a judgement against my name many years ago and that I am not aware of any summons served on me. I need prove of the executed summons and if they cannot prove that I or any person over 16 years of age residing at my residence signed for any summons, I need my name to be cleared ASAP!<br> <br> I did complain before but they did not respond at all, surely because they have no prove! They are even reluctant to give me the case number and refuse to give the information of the lawyer handling the case as well as the sheriff that supposedly served this alleged summons. I need a copy of the summons served on me and signed by me, the case number and court date and the lawyer and sheriff used to do this. <br> <br> I dispute receiving the summons. This is the third Hellopeter complaint and Medi-clionic has not responded at all. They just ignore these so it means to me they cannot provide the documents of proof. <br> <br> Clear my name ASAP and remove your years old judgement from the credit buro!<br>
