No service from nurses

My grandmother is in hospital, she is 82 years old. She is not able to help herself and no help is provided for her. She has been laying on her back for five days and not been turned once. I had to go and help her. Se could not eat by herself and no one even tried to feed her. When we ring the bell for assistance we have to wait for 20 min. We asked for a nurse to come and clean her wound because no one took notice of it and it started to smell very bad. After 3 hours she was still waiting. When we need a nurse urgently there is no one around. If you find one they are having conversations with each other and don't even bother to look at us or ask if we need help. When they wash her they hurt her. She is so scared when they come to wash her, she doesn't want them to do it any more. This is the worst service I have seen in a long time. And to see my grandmother crying because she feels that she lost her dignity.
