NO RESPOSIBILITY TAKEN FR MEDICLINC BLOEMFONTEIN

My Mother Mrs HS Rossouw underwent a Triple Heart Bypass on 27 Jan 2015 . That evening at about 6 we were ****** in the carpark by a \remote"****** that got access to the car and stole my mothers handbag with R2000 her id and bank cards her medication bag all our groceries (we bought for the B+B where we slept) new shoes and New Christian Books. When we reported it to the Security he smiled and said it was not their problem it happens all the time and we must go to the police station. We are still waiting for the Hospital Manager and Matron to contact us. There is no cameras in the parking area and yet we paid huge amounts to park there. There was absolutely NO Support from the Hospital at all !!!! They did not even bother to help my mother is still there in hospital recovering and still NO CONTACT FROM MANAGEMENT !! NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE OFFERED !!!! and they refused to take responsibility at all. They are aware of the roberries taking place but no warning bords or indicators are anywhere noticible for the public. This is unacceptable for management to ignore such roberries to take place and turn the other cheek.<br> VERY BAD AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE !!!!"""
