No remorse, ruthless ,selfish and inconsiderate

terrible service and no remorse, sister Mpho receptionist or HR who works at Mediclinic denmar is selfish ruthless, heart less, naive , arrogant person who doesn't find solution to help patients and patients families, Got the before visit to give my brother some clothes for checkout day.. the denied , I understand but she made things difficult for us as , I said I was going to work so I could just drop off then leave , she also denied even when security tried explaining she didn't even want to understand.but other people get In while am still standing..and something go in because of appointments but others got in as I was supposed to get in...if denmar keeps hiring people like her the rate will always go down and will affect the reputation ..
