No Parking at Kloof Hospital, Pretoria

Kloof Hospital in Pretoria has a serious parking problem. Returning for a post-surgery doctor's consultation, there was no parking available inside the hospital grounds, let alone designated wheelchair / disabled parking. People with no disability park their car in this designated area for hours on end. Make more parking available! Set up a ticket-issuing machine at the entrance to disabled parking, only allow 30 minutes parking or pay greatly increased fees or a fine!
