no assistance when you need it most

<p>On the 26th of August 2016 about 1pm was referred by my sons peadiatrician to be admitted at the hospital(muelmed pretoria).since my sons was crying non stop and couldnt keep anything down,we waited to be assisted with atleast something to calm him but we were not attended to until the late staff came in at 7pm that's when they gave him something.my question is, was the earlier staff didnt have medication to provide to assist my son?were they leaving the task to be done by the late staff?my son and mind you he is only 1 yr old cant say where its painful.i was trying to calm him alone as i would at home why did i come to the hospital just to be left un attended?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
