No answer at hospital

I needed to make an urgent appointment to see a specialist. The phone rang for more than 10 minutes. Then I mailed Dr. Louws rooms and reported the non answering of the phone. I was told they were very busy that day. Today I tried again to get urgent results. 6minutes 3 seconds. I hung up as nobody answers. Just a sickening (pardon) tape. Not good for a hospital
