Nightshift staff not doing what they should

The support from the night shift staff in Ward C is poor. They do not supply medication as required by the specialist and do not order food for pasients. In the morning the medication is only issued at 10:45 and with this they prolonged the stay of my child in hospital. I really think there should be an intervention in this hospital
