Newcastle, KZN, Mediclinic Radiology dept.

At the New Castle Radiology department. We were told we needed two scans before the specialist would see us. We waited 3 hours and are still waiting to receive our results. First when asking the receptionist she said she’s not sure what is going on and I was rudely told that the doctor isn’t done when I asked again. Many people came in after us and were given there results. We travelled far to see the specialist and will most likely not be able to see him today at this rate.
