Negligence!!!!

Mediclinic Nelspruit,

I am extremely disappointed by the level of care and service provided. Patients and their families pay significant amounts for private healthcare with the expectation of receiving professional, compassionate, and dignified treatment.

It is deeply concerning to witness an elderly, bed-bound patient being left unattended for extended periods and remaining in soiled diapers for hours at a time. This not only affects the patient's dignity but can also contribute to further health complications.

The manner in which vulnerable elderly patients are being treated is unacceptable. Families place their trust in your facility to provide proper care, attention, and respect, and in this instance, that trust has been severely undermined.

I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate channels and lodging a formal complaint regarding the apparent negligence and lack of adequate patient care.

This experience has left me shocked, frustrated, and deeply concerned for the wellbeing of patients entrusted to your care.
