negligence

Writing on behalf of my sister, my sister is admitted in Medi -clinic Polokwane, she has receive a bad service in Unit C, On 2015-04-14 she call for help, the nurses did not respond when she call them, she felt in the floor, she struggle to stand on her own, but she couldn't find any assistant quickly. <br> On Sunday (2015-04-12) when we went to visit her, we notice that the toilet was very dirty and also they took time to respond to the d**** when is finish. <br> She was given a oxygen, but the oxygen pipes were not reaching her, the pipes that was circulating the oxygen was not connected right, she call for assist, the nurse came , instant of fixing the pipe, she said she is come shortly, she never came back. We then call for other nurse to assist us. Your nurses are rude, sour & they just don't care, your negligence can cause someone their lives especially if the person is depending on oxygen. <br>
