My GP's Referral Ignored, Sent Home in Pain, Dizzy and light headed!

I went to the ER at Panorama on 29 September 2023, Friday night in severe pain. My referring Dr sent me with a referral letter and attending Dr Naiker dismissed his referral before examining me. She led me to believe that I was admitted before running various tests, only to be sent home still in severe pain, lightheaded, and dizzy at around 3am. The attending nurse Jenatus had extremely bad bedside manners and was quite abrupt, even chasing me out of the room after coming to tell me that I needed to leave and return for a sonar the next day for my appendix. Upon leaving I asked the receptionist how I could give feedback about my experience, to which she showed no interest and said I needed to wait for an email to give feedback.
