Most horrible treatment in my life

We booked to see this specialist in advance, we came from the free state to see her in Jhb, when we arrived the secretary told us unbelievably rudely, that we had cancelled our booking. I told her this is not possible we did not do this there must be a mistake, then she started screaming yelling as if we were mad because she herself cancelled it because we called her! Then the doctor called her to ask what the noise was, and the secretary rudely sarcastically I front of our faces told the doctor that I walked in there screening making a noise because I cancelled the appointment now we can't be helped. Then the secretary printed an email with a message sent the day before saying 'sorry I can't make the appointment ' and this message was submitted on their site!!! From mothers number! My mother didn't even know which doctor we were seeing nevermind go onto a website and cancel the appointment. Anyway, all in all we left, with the rudest unbelievable most disgusting secretary we have met all our lives, without seeing a doctor we waited for ages to see. My mom has serious kidney problems and now needs to wait 2 more months to see another doctor. I nearly fainted I was so shocked.
