Morningside MediClinic

Actually the one star is far to superior to describe the appalling service that has been received in the Orthopedic ward in Morningside MediClinic. The food is not even fit for animals and the patient care non existent. They leave full bedpans for hours in the rooms and the smell is nauseating. The bathrooms are small and not safe for patients. A poor patients bell was taken away after coming out if theatre after a hip replacement. She tried in vain to get help from staff but no one cared. Another patient had to aid her. Medical aids pay so much for patients care. This hospital should be ashamed. Supposed to be a flag ship for patient care. This is not on
