MORNINGSIDE MED- POOR PATIENT CARE

I went to Morningside Med on Tuesday afternoon 22/04/2025. The Dr consulted with me, didn’t use a new or cleaned ear piece to check my ears.

He then recommends that I get an antibiotic injection and a wound dressing for my finger. I specifically asked not to get the injection and wanted just the Pills but he insisted on the injection

Without telling me how much these 2 “procedures” would cost, I was injected and all they did was dip my finger in betadine and put an ointment on it. Just to charge me R1600 for that.

How can you render a service prior to letting the customer know how much it’s going to cost them?

I don’t recommend Morningside Med at all. They are not working in the best interest of patients.
