Money more important than life

I took my daughter to the emergency room at Muelmed today and I was told that she could not be taken to the emergency room because she was on code yellow so I needed to pay R1600 which I did not have! I am afraid to sleep now because I am not sure if she is ok or not. I am really disappointed with the service at Muelmed, we come to the emergency room because we are in dire straits I will never go there again. The male nurse at triage was so annoyed with me because my daughter didn't seem sick. They made me feel like I was wasting their time.
