Mistated fees

<p>I took my wife to the emergency clinic on 25/05/2016. I was quoted R1500 for her medical consultation. After the consultation a young black lady asked for a payment of R1550. On requesting an invoice it turned out to be R1326 which i paid. On complaining to the accounts superviser, a middle-aged Indian lady, I was offered a cup of tea and an apology which I declined. Later on I received a demand from Dr Holt's rooms for a further R500. I dont accept additional bills after settling the R1326 bill. I now face threats from Dr Holt's rooms to settle this additional debt of R500 which I was not quoted at inception. In fact I see this ********** behaviour of trying to ***** an additional R124 by the receptionist from me as totally unacceptable. Coming up with a further R500 bill is also far from acceptable. Ifind it abusive. This matter needs to be dealt with urgently.</p>
