Missing Money from Patient's account under the care of Hospital

My mother was admitted at Medi Clinic Loui Leipoldt on the 23rd of June, and from the time she was at the hospital, R5 000 was withdrawn her account. My mom's personal belongings were not kept at the lockers after she had a stroke. What I want to get answers for is, why was her personal belongings not locked up, and prior to her admissions went to her GP and had paid cash for the consultation, and the Dr then referred her to the hospital, where she was in position of her bank card.

How is it that my mother's card went missing, and withdrawals were made while she was in hospital. A colleague of hers went to draw money for her, and bought toiletries, and she drew R2000 with my mom's consent, and because she was not allowed back in the hospital due to Covid Restricitions, she met up with Sister Bonita Neelse, at the door of Medi Clinic Loui Leipoldt, on the 24th of June at 11h57 to give her my mom's card and money in an envelope along with the toiletries. On the 6th of July 2020 till the 10th of July, this person withdraw R5000 daily. How is that if my mother did not leave the hospital? WHy is it the staff at the hospital can take advantage of a vunerable patient.
