Midstream Medi Clinic - very unprofessional

Midstream Medi clinic experience was as if you were at a government hospital!

I had to do my own authorisation on my cell phone, staff are so ill equipped with processes. They then call me and ask me to phone the medical aid to get a letter to them - do they not know how to do authorisations?

I was asked to make a co payment as the drs are contracted in, then I had to ask 3 times for the account to be sent to us so we can send to medical aid and nothing.

I called in and asked for the dr who saw him so we can get a prescription, there is no notes on the system of anyone that saw him, absolutely blank, ive left TWO messages about this, no return of my call.

Spoke to Samantha who escalated it to Melissa, her manager who was definitely going to call me back , surprise, still nothing.

I cannot believe that a private facility can offer such low level of service.
