Meulmed hospital paediatric ward bad service

The service in the peadiatric ward is not good at all. My 11month old son's IV drip somehow dripped to the bandage that was covering the hand that had the drip. I called for help, sister Rohini (the nurse) just disconnected the drip and left. She expected my son to sleep with a soaking wet hand, never mind that the ward smelled like antibiotic, meaning my son had missed his antibiotic for the night. Nurses took forever to come when I pressed the call button, at 1 point my son had tempered with his drip and I was worried that worse could happen, the nurse took a good 7 minutes to come to the ward. The other nurse brought cold water for me to use for my baby's formula, I had to wait 20min for her to bring the water and then I got cold water. The nurses leave the curtains open when they come to check the baby's vitals at night or in the wee hours of the morning, not caring that your body is exposed (its summer and its hot) and there are other people in the ward, you risk finding your inappropriate pic on social media by sleeping there with your baby. Even the water came in a jug that had a broken lid. Not ideal for parents who want good service.
