If I could get it zero stars I would. Biggest ****mer Medi Clinic Constantia hospital ever. Would not ever recommend. Went to the emergency unit for extreme chest pains. When I was waiting for X rays the doctor discharged me and told me to see a psychiatrist. Previously said I could have a lung infection or blood clot on my lungs.

There’s no care for patients here. They take your money. Before I left I was waiting there for 2 hours for an x ray that never happened.

Before I could leave I had to pay R3500 for nothing. I had all my invoices and then received a summons that I owed them another R1580 with not the same medical codes and billed for another doctor that never saw me on the day and was not on the invoices of the day .I sent all my invoices to accounts. She refused to acknowledge that she sent me an incorrect invoice which is *****. She didn’t even try to acknowledge my invoices of what I paid on the day. She sent me summons to blacklist a paying customer who paid in full and must pay for a doctor that never saw me. Don’t ever come to this hospital they only care about making a fast buck. They don’t care about helping people.
