My name is Thandi Morale my mom was treated extremely bad by a receptionist at the radiography department. She arrived at 11 in the morning and only left at 3 in the afternoon. Everybody that arrived her was served while she sat there. The receptionist accused her of having covid-19 because her eyes were red. A receptionist is not qualified to make such accusations. I do not appreciate the fact that my mom who happens to be a senior citizen was treated like that. She was st********** her dignity and I can't help but think she recieved such treatment because of the colour of her skin.
