I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Naledzani Mudau. When I asked questions about my baby’s condition, I was met with attitude and rudeness instead of understanding or professionalism. As a patient, I expected respect and clear communication, but instead felt dismissed and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. A doctor should show empathy and patience — unfortunately, that was not the case here. This is very disheartening.
