Mediclinic unwilling to listen to my requests

Since December 2025 I have been explaining to Mediclini that I will follow up with GEMS, which I have been doing and posting on this platform about GEMS not paying for an invoice. I have complained countless times about GEMS and I finally received a response for the invoices to be sent to them for review. Apart from that Mediclinic has been unwilling to listen to me and be patient. Payment of R500 has been made for two months, unfortunately I couldn't make a payment this past month due to being in hospital myself.

Instead of following up and finding out what the problem is, can we make a payment plan or at least something I received *** that I have been listed at the credit bureau.

Never in my life have I had such nonsense and unwillingness from anyone after explaining the situation countless times.

Mediclinic - I will be sending screenshots of conversations between myself and GEMS, the proof that the invoice has been sent to them and what you propose a constructive way forward with of course the removal of my name off the credit bureau listing.

Not very impressed with Mediclinic! You can do better!
