MEDICLINIC STELLENBOCH EMERGENCY A DISGRACE

I waited over 3 and a half HOURS at Stellenbosch Mediclinic EMERGENCY for what took approx 12 minutes to attend to. A foreigner who had arrived 2 and a half hours after me and had waited 5 days with a sore stomach before coming to the emergency was prioritised over me. This is a Private Hospital that charges outrageous amounts for the privilege of the service, it is an absolute disgrace. 5 people waiting, all outraged at the service. Not one satisfied client, great track record!!!!! no customer service, unacceptable!!!
