Mediclinic security allow ******* parking to block disabled parking

Today at Mediclinic, I parked at the North Block disabled parking, as both me and my son are disabled, myself being in a wheelchair. The area to the right is marked with yellow stripes, indicating that parking is not allowed.

However, Mediclinic allowed a person, not even with any disabled signage in their car, to park in this cordoned off area, blocking access to my car. Not only could I not get into my car, but another patient, who offered to help me, could hardly get in my car to reverse it out for me.

It is shocking that security allow ******* parking, and don't give a damn about disabled patients...at a hospital no less!!!!!
