Mediclinic poor service

For almost a year now the poor experience and shocking attention to detail with lackluster customer service continues. I have no clarity on what to expect on the matter of having monies owed to me refunded!! This is absolutely ridiculous.

I called on multiple occasions regarding an outstanding refund owed to me for medicine that was prescribed by a doctor for my late mother which was subsequently returned on the advice of the oncologist.

I was informed at the time that the refund could not be issued immediately and would need to be sent to the head office, that was November / December 2020 and I am still waiting.
