Mediclinic Nelspruit

My Dad is in hospital at the Nelspruit Mediclinic. My Mom, 80 years old, and unable to walk and move freely, is reliant on the mobility provided by a wheel chair and porter. Several times she has had to walk the approximately 500 metres to my Dad's ward or back to the car. This is totally unacceptable. She requests the assistance at the ward station and nothing happens. They promise to assist and then do not. Who is going to take the blame if she falls or is injured?
