MEDICLINIC Muelmed ********** hospital with horrible staff and health care

MEDICLINIC Muelmed worst hospital I have been to ever, my son was admitted and during the admission the clerk didn't tell us we had to pay a fee and the rest will be paid by medical aid, we thought everything would be taken care of by medical aid but that wasn't true, the medical aid had notified the hospital to tell us to pay R4000 before they admitted us but that clerk says she forgot to tell us a day later my son still hadn't seen a doctor and we were getting charged by the hospital and we got a call to say we must either pay the R4000 or get out of the hospital so we left now they keep sending nasty emails telling us to pay or else they will sue.

Why should I pay when my son wasn't helped and they chased us out of the hospital and the doctor charged for 3 days and he only saw my son when they chased us of the hospital They are ********* I tell you
