Mediclinic MRI scans department

I cant believe what an unhelpful, unfriendly, obnoxious, non compassionate reception when wanting to make a booking for an MRI. When trying to make a booking between 11h00 and 12h00 on Tuesday 06December2022, it was a very disheartening experience for someone ill trying to make a booking for an MRI. The staff on the phone was sarcastic, unhelpful and derogatory. Why do professional people need to treat patients like this when wanting assistance - never have we experienced something like this....
