Have been waiting 4 houra for a doctor ... and still waiting.... and for thus service I am being charged peivate rates. If i wanted to wait i could have gone to a provincial hospital. Is it faie to have to wait 4 hours for aervice and bw charged R1430 just to see a doctor?
