Mediclinic Kloof: Amazing!

Hello.

I accompanied my Mum to Mediclinic Kloof Hospital for her admission for a surgical procedure. We were greeted at admissions by Bongi Shiba who was soft spoken, diligent, professional, patient and caring when helping us. Thanks for taking a personal interest and making Mum feel at home.

Upon calling the nurses station later that evening at the Surgical ward to check how Mum was doing, friendly, quick and accurate information was given.

Two days later it was time to collect Mum, and again was left impressed by every interaction. Mum told me how everyone was so friendly, and helpful while being professional. I could see this for myself as we made our way out and again saw Bogni as we left, who recognized us and bid us a fond farewell.

I can not put in words how utterly brilliant the entire experience has been and can only commend Kloof on organizational skill and having amazing staff. I highly recommend their facility in any and all capacities.
