Mediclinic kimberely- A life lost - no one wants to be accountable

I have not received any feedback from mediclinic kimberely . How do they explain the death of my sister while she was in the care of health professionals who should have noted the signs of septicimia. I will not rest until we find answers. I am directed from one pole to the other everytime i call to speak to the hospital medical manager. I need answers. Being in medical practioner myself this was utter negligence someone needs to be accountable.
