Mediclinic judgement without any summons

I just saw on the credit bureau report that Medi-clinic has filed a judgement against my name some years ago and that I am not aware of any summons served on me. I need prove of the executed summons and I need my name to be cleared ASAP!<br> <br> I did complain before but they did not respond at all, surely because they have no prove! I need a copy of the summons served on me and signed by me, the case number and court date and the lawyer used to do this. <br> <br> I dispute receiving the summons. <br> <br> Clear my name ASAP!<br>
