Mediclinic Herm**** -

<p>Long story short..........After having problems with the medical aid ,I paid the hospital bill because Mediclinic Herm**** kept sending me the bill a few times urging that I have to settle the account IN FULL- which I then did in order to prevent bad credit against my name whilst trying to sort things out with our medical aid and of course I didn't want to inconvenience anybody else. I eventually got the Medical aid to approve the pay out and they paid Mediclinic Herm**** directly - thus Mediclinic Herm**** now had a payment from myself as well as our medical aid - of course they promised to refund me. The medical aid only wants to pay out the agreed amount as per the contract they have with Mediclinic. The Medical aid also stated that I do not need to pay in the difference as this is what they pay according to their contract. Now mediclinic STILL needs to refund me BUT only what the medical aid paid them. MY PROBLEM....... If I refused to pay mediclinic and they only received the amount from the medical aid they would have been happy. Why keep the difference??????? This is sly and of bad ethics. I consider it thievery as they are now pocketing the difference which should be refunded. They are also causing me great inconvenience as I constantly have to follow up with them as NO ONE gets back to me as promised with EVERY phone call!</p>
