Mediclinic Brits - Stay Away

We went to Medi clinic Brits on Saturday just after 5 to have a thorn removed from my son's hand.(a small thorn and he is 9) The doctor finally got to us at 21:15. This is unacceptable and really ridiculous.

While waiting for the doctor we were instructed to pay the bill of over R2000 FOR A THORN. When we questioned this along with the long waiting period, the very rude Thato (staff) clicked his tonge and walked away. Clearly he receives his salary every months so he has no regard for service delivery.

The doctor then gave him general anaesthetics (we took videos of everything) again for a thorn. He received stitched when he was 6 and they only numbed around the area. This procedure was a bit excessive and I have no choice but to take this matter further.
