Mediclinic brits going down

Medi clinic brits just went downhill since they started to out contract bbbee only companies, we waited 2 hours while my daughter had a emergency for a spleen, my wife started to threw a tantrum, just for them to tell us the system is offline, they cant help us, we must wait.

A while later we got to put her name on the waiting list, 2.5 hours to be put on a waiting list for an emergency when there was only people in front of us and spleen was put as a non emergency on there chart.

Please dont use Mediclinic brits if you have a emergency, and it does not help to write a complain, we wrote one and later when we left, the cleaner emptied the complain box into black bag with other trash.
