Medicity Worcester bad service, unprofessional

Medicity Worcester- was so disappointed with your poor service and unprofessionalism. I took my brother there he had, flue symptoms, headache,stomach cramps nausea not been eating for the whole day dehydrated.We arrived at emergency casualty around 20h10. He went for check up after that we waited for full 2hours. Around 22h00 still waiting patiently asking the receptionist when are they gone call us, she said our file is second on the queue. They were still assisting patients that are severe. We understood, but around about 22h30 they called a patient that was after us, the patient said this people were before me. The nurse that assisted, didn't ask us what our surname is she just told us about the rules of the hospital. That they check the severe of a patient and first assist that patient. He has flue he must wait. My question was for 2 and half hour waiting you tell me this patient is not severe what was written on his file. She refused to understand and alterance occurred. That end up us not being assisted, we walked out with a furious angry patient. Cos he had to speak for him self, while in pain and sweating. They told us about shouting and making noise its a hospital while they dont consider the severe and pains that he has. No one cam waste their money and time and go and visit and sit in hospital if not sick. The approach and service was pathetic,unprofessional.
