Medic Clinic Gem

I failed previously to give credit where credit is due. My wife was treated at Medi Clinic in Limpopo some time ago. Previous experiences with the Medi Clinic in Polokwane were somewhat negative, and therefore we were not happy when she had to be admitted there again. This time we however experienced the opposite from previous experiences, and were surprised by the professional approach and understanding by the staff and management. I need however to make a special mention of Istha, or Estha, who oversee the PR between the hospital and patients. She was always available to listen to concerns, and never failed to give her best. She would visit each patient on a regular basis, and would even visit patients after hours to ensure that all is going well. This was not an individual occurrence, but done to several patients. She really restored the reputation of the hospital as we knew it before. She is in my view, an angel placed on earth to help others to the best of her ability. Medi Clinic, please treasure this gem of a person, and give her our sincere thanks and appreciation. Regards
