Medi-clinic Worcester poor service!

I am, to say the least, DISGUSTED by the service received at Worcester Medi-clinic last night. My wife went into the emergency for asthma. We waited almost an hour before we were attended to, because according to them, it wasn't an emergency. They didn't even bother to nebulise her, seeing as she was struggling to breathe, they said it was not necessary. They seemed to ne more concerned with the payment and settlement of my bill than her wellbeing. They only put her on a drip and gave her some cotozol.... i could have hydrated her at home if i didn't think she needed medical care!

We are back home now with a paid up bill of close to R4000 with no change in my wife's condition!!

Discusting!
