Medi-clinic Welkom - Disregarding human life of elders

Mediclinic Welkom I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the treatment my mother received at your facility. She is very frail and dependent on others, and her experience this morning before her hip replacement surgery was extremely distressing. At 6:45 AM, my mother was upset and told me that the staff was rude to her and hurt her while washing her. She felt disrespected and abused, which is unacceptable. Additionally, last evening, I asked the night shift staff to confirm the time of her surgery, but they refused to provide this information and insisted I call at 5:00 AM the next morning. These incidents have left me feeling that your values regarding patient care are not being upheld. While the day staff has been respectful, humble, and helpful, the behavior of the night shift staff has been disappointing. I expect that patients and their families are treated with dignity and respect at all times. I would appreciate an apology and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
