Medi Clinic Welkom

On the 31st Of Augist 2019 arpund 11:30 am I was on my way to Medi Clinic Welkom. I arrived at the emergency room where i found no one to help me. I rang the bell at the reception area where there is a sign on the desk stating "ring the bell for medical help". Seeing that I felt REALLY ill and I was vommiting now for more that 21 hours straight I was really dehydrated and weak. My mother took me to the hospital... So when I rang the bell a man came through the doors out of the emergency room very angry and told me that i am not allowed to ring the bell at all! They will assist me i should have a seat. Im my mind at that stage I literally felt like i was dying, i mean that is what emergency rooms are for right? I didnt argue with him and took a seat. Around 30 minutes later the sister came and assisted me. At this time this man(an employee of the hospital) came out again, i called him and asked him why did he go off at me and why am i not allowed to ring that bell if there is a sign up telling us to ring the bell. He did NOT give me a straight answer, only told me i should not ring the bell and i should ask any stupid questions. I told him that i was unhappy and i think its really unprofessional of him. Seeing that i felt so ill i just left it there again. I want to lay a complaint and i really think medi clinic should compensate me for this. Im a paying client and i dont condone getting treated like that at all!!!
